Return and refund

1. Our return policy covers dresses in Standard sizes US 0(EUR 32) to US 14 (EUR 46)
2. You must start the return process within 7 days of receiving your delivery, as shown by the tracking information.

3.Return must be accepted for following reasons wrong products, wrong color or size, or damage product.
4. To get a refund, the dresses must be in their original condition—unworn, unchanged, and without makeup, hair, or stains. Tags must be still attached.
We'll inspect all items to make sure they meet these conditions when we get them back.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we don't refund import or customs duties under any circumstances.

Not Eligible for Refund

We really care about making our customers happy, but there are some things to know about our return policy. We can't offer refunds for:

1. Customized orders
2. Customized Size
3. Accessories like veils, jackets, or detachable parts
4. Orders sent back without tracking
5. Items that have been discarded or aren't in their original condition
6.Rush fee

Restocking Fee

1.Keep in mind that all products are made-to-order to help reduce environmental waste and (to keep prices low for our customers) we charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of select items for orders,  which are automatically deducted from your refund amount. 

 

How To Return

1. Contact us to confirm and get the address to send it back.
2. Pack the dress carefully. Send it using your Nearby logistics services and make sure to get a tracking number.
3. Provide us with the tracking number. Untraceable shipments will not be received therefore refunded.
4. Once we get the dress and check it, we'll refund you within five business days.
